2020 Summer Camps
Teen Summer Stock: GODSPELL
Ages 13-18 (age 12 by invitation only)
Teens will enjoy in-depth training with professional theatre performers & directors through specialty workshops & rehearsal of a full-length (not the Jr Version!), full-scale production of GODSPELL. Over a two-week period, students will learn an entire production which will be performed in-the-round for an immersive theatrical experience!
JEDI CAMP
Ages 8-14 (rising 3rd grade - rising 9th grade)
Is the Force with you? Join us, you will, for a Star Wars summer theatre experience! Campers will love venturing to a galaxy far, far away through the magic of theatre, exploring new planets and creating new characters as they learn new skills and make friends! Campers will perform in a Star Wars-inspired show for family and friends on the camp’s final day. All levels of acting experience are welcome!
INTO THE UNKNOWN
Ages 4-14
“Let it Go” with Forefront Arts this summer as you journey “Into the Unknown!” Campers will hone their acting, dancing, and singing skills while performing their favorite numbers from Frozen and Frozen II! Campers will perform in a Frozen-inspired show for family and friends on the camp’s final day. All levels of performance experience are welcome!
HOGWARTS
Ages 8-14 (rising 3rd grade - rising 9th grade)
Campers will explore the magical world of acting through drama scenes and creative activities inspired by JK Rowling’s hit book series. This week will surely make the front page of the Daily Prophet! Camp activities include physical & vocal warmups, theatre games and rehearsals, crafts and experiments, Quidditch, and an end-of-camp showcase performance for family and friends. All levels of acting experience are welcome!
HARD KNOCK LIFE
Ages 4-14
Bet your bottom dollar that if you love “Annie”, you’re going to love this camp! Campers will participate in physical and vocal warmups, play drama games, audition for specific performance roles, and work on their acting, singing, and dancing skills while they rehearse musical theatre selections. Campers will perform for family and friends on the camp’s final day. All levels of performance experience are welcome!
IMPROV
Ages 8-14 (rising 3rd grade - rising 9th grade)
Back by popular demand, our Improv camps feature all.the.games! Every day! Expect to spend the majority of your time laughing, taking a water break, and then laughing some more. Campers will enjoy this non-musical camp option with TONS of drama games, instruction in comedic acting & timing, rehearsal of comedic scenes, writing sessions to create original skits, and loads of improv exercises! Put it all together for a comedic variety show for family and friends at the end of the week!
DESCENDANTS
Ages 4-14
Every story needs a great villain! Join us as we get to know Mal, Carlos, Evie and Jay, and all of their “bad guy” friends! Perform your favorite songs from all 3 “Descendants” movies, plus dive into acting exercises, awesome dance instruction & choreography, magical potions, and super-fun drama games! Put it all together for a show at the end of the week!
